We should start setting up at 5:30, when everyone can park close. I am picking up the PS2 and Xbox 360 from Family Video in a few hours. Brandon has the subs ordered and we can pick them up at 6:30. We have the projectors and screens, pop and chips from Hy-Vee, 4 iMacs from Apple, router, and mousepads in our possession. As far as I know John is bringing one cooler and I can bring one also. Brandon says he has two more in his office we can use if two isn't enough. We need to make a run to Hy-Vee before the event to get ice. And we of course need all of our equipment from Curtiss. We have plenty of setup to do, so I hope to see everyone there as close to 5:30 as possible. --- Chris Hoff -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... But I don't think we are too upset about losing the desk. We wanted it primarily to set a computer on for member use. The iMac is dead. The G5 was there for a while before we had to use it as our server when the G4 crapped out. So we don't have a worthwhile computer to put on the desk. And the requirement that we occupy the desk for a certain number of hours per week was becoming a pain. So we can either move the stuff back into storage in the MU basement or to the Curtiss store room. MU would probably be easiest since we already have the space and it is a short trip. So, officers, we need to clear out the desk by Thursday of dead (next) week. Maybe we can have an officer's "meeting" at the normal time to get that done? Also, there is something we need to do to renew our mailbox, which requires Tom's signature. We can get the contract for that in the ESOS on April 23rd. --- Chris Hoff On Apr 14, 2007, at 4:30 AM, Hillson, Thomas D [AEX S] wrote: > Guys, > > Did someone mess up and not apply? > > Someone should check on this to see if you did apply what happened > to your applications. > > If you get thrown out, you can store the stuff with the other MUG > stuff in my store room. > > Tom > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Julianne Bacon [mailto:juliebac@gmail.com] > Sent: Fri 4/13/07 3:06 PM > To: Hackler, Ashley H; erdeisin@iastate.edu; Muthukkumar; > Tirthapura, Srikanta [E CPE]; Buske, Craig A; Newendorp, Brandon J; > hillson@iastate.edu > Subject: Student Office Spaces > > Hi Everyone, > > This letter is for presidents and advisors for student > organizations > that did not reapply for a student office.
